What is Cyber Training?

Cyber training is a novel way to have a personal trainer on your time at your place with little to no equipment. Whether you train alone or with family and friends across the street or across the nation you'll catch the Fitmann Fever.

How?

With the advent of the Internet, all you need is a desk top or laptop, IPad, or Android device with a high speed Internet connection, a webcam, Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.

How long are the training sessions?

Sessions are 30 minutes each.

What will I need for equipment?

You can get away with very little equipment, a chair, fitness ball, broom, towel or a Fit Kit® priced less than $100. The Fit Kit® consists of a few weights, medicine ball, mat, bands and a fitness ball. More specific equipment may also be recommended, depending on goals and desires.

How many times can I train per week?

As many times as you would like to.

How many people can I train with at one time if I wish to?

Up to six at one time. The group would need to be available to log on 5 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Can everyone see me on their screen?

If the other participants are friends and family, you would probably want them to see you so you can interact. If for any reason you don't want to be visible, you can simply turn off the video portion.

What is the cost?

While the average national price for a personal training session is $60.00, cyber training has developed a 30-minute efficient and effective program at very affordable prices. The base price is $15.00 for one session however, the price is reduced if the group is larger. We also have discounts for senior citizens, AAA, Veterans, and first responders 20 % off.
